Emilia Mangilinan

Head/Triathlon Coach
Emilia is a certified Triathlon and Running Coach. A former elite runner, she brings deep expertise in run performance, pacing, and endurance, especially during the crucial final leg of a triathlon. While running is her specialty, Emilia also brings solid technical knowledge in both cycling and swimming, allowing her to deliver structured, well-balanced coaching across all three disciplines. Her coaching focuses on helping athletes train smarter, race with confidence, and achieve breakthrough results

Paolo is a certified Swim Smooth coach and former elite swimmer with a passion for helping athletes become more efficient, confident, and fast in the water. Specializing in stroke correction and open-water skills, he also brings strong expertise in cycling and triathlon development, offering a comprehensive, athlete-first approach that drives progress across swim, bike, and run, no matter your starting point or goal.
