Our squad sessions are fun, motivating, and designed to boost your fitness and improve your freestyle efficiency to prepare you for any open water race or triathlon event.

Whether you are a marathon swimmer, Triathlete, elite athlete, or a handful who swim just for fun and fitness! We have you covered with our squad sessions.

Frequently Asked Question

Aged 18 and Over

Swimmers must be able to complete 200m freestyle continuously and know how to breathe to the side. 

You don’t have to be a superstar swimmer – it’s about staying fit, meeting like-minded people, and enjoying the experience. Everyone is welcome to try! 

Our group sessions are popular with triathletes, open-water swimmers, or someone who just swims for fun and fitness.

For 75min session, We are covering about 2km up to 4km, it really depends on swimmers ability.

  • One session per week – Enough to keep swimming memory
  • Two sessions per week – enough to maintain fitness in the water. 
  • Three sessions per week – will improve feel for the water and fitness.
  • Four or more sessions per week – will see significant improvement in fitness, pacing, and a great feel for the water.

Proper Swim Kit, Swimming Cap, Goggles, Pull Buoy, Fins, and Paddles.

ENDURANCE

The Infamous “Red Mist” (long endurance session) will test your mental and physical toughness, preparing you for long-distance racing. You can expect massive improvement and a rewarding feeling after completing this session.

THRESHOLD

Threshold / CSS Development Session will help you to enhance your speed. There will be a few drills and a few sprints as well, but a big part of the session is focused on you maintaining your racing speed.

TECHNIQUE

The emphasis here is on a lot of drill and technique work with plenty of recovery with personalized tips. This set is often combined with some low-level endurance work and stress to improve your feel for the water.
